It is made from a selection of Del Tufo grapes that makes it a cloudy golden color, due to its slight fermentation in the bottle to achieve a natural bubble.

The vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
Harvesting takes place in early September and is done manually to select perfectly ripe grapes.
Vinification is achieved by a gentle destemming with a soft pressing of the berries.
Fermentation is white and takes place at a controlled temperature and ends in the bottle.
