Fior di Neve is a rosé wine made from a blend of two different Del Tufo grapes, among the first ones of our harvest.
It is ideal for an outdoor dinner on hot summer days, thanks to its fresh, fruity flavor and the floral hints of its original grape varieties.

Dry rosé wine

The vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until June.
Harvesting takes place in early September and is done manually to select perfectly ripe grapes.
The must remains in contact with the skins for only 12 hours and then continues its fermentation without pomace at a controlled temperature.
In contrast, the other grapes that make up 20% of the wine are immediately pressed and then they continue with the temperature-controlled white fermentation.
The resulting wine is then aged in steel tanks for 3 months and then bottled.
