Sorì Tunin is a dry red wine made from the grapes from our youngest vineyards.
Thanks to its fine quality and the typical characteristics of the acclaimed Dolcetto di Dogliani, it is ideal to accompany all kinds of meals.
Since it does not require aging, it is the ideal wine to keep ready to use in your pantry, and to uncork for an impromptu toast, or simply to enjoy a good glass of Dogliani in peace.

Wine with an intense and characteristic flavor, pleasantly fruity.
Immediately, it is ideal to be drunk without aging.

The vineyard is grassed in alternate rows with green manure legumes until
June.
Harvesting is done by hand in mid/late September when the grapes are perfectly ripe.
Vinification is achieved by a gentle destemming with a soft pressing of the berries.
Brief temperature-controlled red fermentation.
Aged in steel tanks for 6 months, then in bottles for 3 months.
